On January 7, 2023 beloved husband and father Arsenio Baez passed away at the age of 83.
After serving in the United States Navy, Arsenio established a career in Biomedical Research at Westchester Medical Center with publishings in several medical journals.
In 1969 he met his wife Margie while visiting their long time, mutual friend Pete in the hospital. They fell in love, married and were together for 53 years. He was a dedicated and loving father to his three daughters Erika, Natali and Crystal and would do anything for his girls. He taught his daughters many things and they loved him dearly, in their eyes there was nothing he couldn’t do. Arsenio enjoyed traveling and visiting friends and family. He was predeceased by his two brothers Louis and Edwin Baez.
He will be forever cherished and missed by his wife, daughters, granddaughter Autumn, the surviving Baez & Badillo families and all of his chappies. His kindness and generosity will be remembered by all those who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Family and friends will gather on Sunday, January 15 from 3 to 7 p.m. at Riverview Funeral Home by Halvey, 2 Beekman Street, Beacon. A funeral service and military honors will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
